I know that today's market is a difficult one and that Helena's condo was not a large sale, but I do not think you could have given me better service if it had been a million dollar property. Dealing with a 99 year old seller who lives 80 miles away could not have the easiest situation, but your frequent calls and help arranging all the last minute repaires really made it all possible.
