I just want to let you know that the check for Helena's condo in LVE arrived safely on Friday, and to thank both of you for all you did to help make the sale possible. I know that today's market is a difficult one and that Helena's condo was not a large sale, but I do not think you could have given me better service if it had been a million dollar property. Dealing with a 99 year old seller who lives 80 miles away could not have the easiest situation, but your frequent calls and help arranging all the last minute repaires really made it all possible. I feel lucky that my call to Veltri Realtors found the two of you.
